This Shipping Policy applies to all purchase orders placed by customers via the Indoor Sun website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
All orders are typically processed within 10-15 business days after receipt of payment and confirmation.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be considered as received on next business day for processing.
During sale events, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing time may be longer — we will notify you if there is a delay.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of the items, and the selected shipping method.
Orders above Rs 10,000 qualify for free shipping
For custom orders, shipping costs will be notified later.
We currently deliver only within India.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless specifically arranged.
For wall-mounted planters (or other bulky items), we may limit delivery to areas served by trusted courier partners.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for failed delivery or charges incurred for re-delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You can track your shipment through the courier’s website or any link provided in the confirmation message.

On delivery, please inspect the packaging carefully.
If the parcel is visibly damaged, you may refuse to accept or note the damage on the delivery receipt and inform us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos.
Once you accept and sign off on delivery, you assume responsibility for safe handling, unpacking, and eventual installation.
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). Provide your order number, tracking ID, and photos of the packaging and contents. We will evaluate and depending on the case offer a replacement, refund or alternate resolution, in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Orders for fragile or bulky items like wall-mount planters may be eligible for return only if the product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
Cancellation requests can only be accepted before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
