Yes, "I Was Framed" without the electric lighting is waterproof and treated for both indoor and outdoor use. However, on a wall which gets 4+ hours of sunlight, the intricate frame design will fade and reduce longevity.

3. Is "Don't be a prick" weatherproof?

Nope, The Desert Rose is only meant for indoor use as it comes with an electric lighting and timer mechanism.
